I love kitchen carts islands and the reason is because they let me roam around more freely in my kitchen. It’s because they are mobile and I can wheel them out of the way when I need more space in my kitchen. Before I was confined to a stationary kitchen island and when there were a lot of people in my home, it meant that there wasn’t a lot of room to walk around. I come from a big family and it’s become a huge problem.
Now that is no longer in my kitchen design since I replaced my stationary kitchen island with a mobile kitchen carts island. When I’m preparing food I put it in the middle of the kitchen to act as a pit stop between the sink and stove. It works great and it serves it purpose. But when I don’t need it, I simply wheel it away and there is more room to do things like break dance or do jumping jacks in my kitchen. What I do in my kitchen is my prerogative when the kitchen cart island has been wheeled away. I have even done yoga in the kitchen.
